How to Adopt Your New Best Friend

To adopt a dog, just come out to Lucky Dog where you will meet your next furever friend.  All of our dogs available for adoption have been treated for fleas, de-wormed, vaccinated, vet checked and healthy.  All dogs over six months of age are also spayed or neutered.

One of our volunteers will fill out adoption papers with you, answer any questions you may have, and give you a handout “Having a Happy and Loving Relationship with Your New Friend & Family Member”. 

The minimum donation to adopt a dog is 400 pesos. If an unsterilized puppy is adopted, Lucky Dog provides a card to the owner that entitles him to 1/2 price spay or neuter at the Ladron’s clinic (no other clinics at this time).   

All dogs are fully returnable within 2 weeks with a full refund if the person wants it.

Adoption is a great option!

• You’ll be giving a homeless dog a loving home.
• If you adopt an adult pet, there’s a chance you’ll avoid some of the hassles related to house-training and teething.
• You’ll save money because adoption costs less than buying an animal from a pet shop or breeder.
• Perfectly “perfect” animals of all breeds, shapes, ages and sizes are available at shelters and rescue groups. Just because an animal ends up there, doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with them. They are just in need of a second chance.
• You just might meet your best friend.
